Friendship Series

Sharing my British heritage, my chosen life here in Australia and the importance of family connection and legacy are at the core of my art practice. Using handwritten recipes to create the underlying collage, I share childhood memories, traditions and the comfort that homemade food evokes. The charm of my artworks is the search within the layers of nostalgic sentiment. Drawing my inspiration from the traditional Royal Albert tea cups, these artworks embody the longevity of true friendship and that much can be shared, supported and solved over a cuppa with a friend.
